Regina Yvette Colson

Colson, Regina Yvette, 59,  born on December 7, 1964, of Haverhill, MA passed away on March 4, 2024 unexpectedly in her home. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to Myrtha (Ingram) Colson and was lovingly referred to as "Vett" by her close family. She had a strong work ethic, was extremely driven and returned to school later in life, obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She worked at Brooksby Village in which she enjoyed connecting with the residents on a personal level and taking time to hear their stories.

She was the youngest of 4 siblings. She is predeceased by her brother, Anthony Colson and mother, Myrtha (Ingram) Colson. She is survived by her sisters, Phyllis Colson and Mellany Colson, her nephew and his daughter Troy Colson and Victoria Colson, her daughter and her son-in-law, Dontie (Harris) Wilkinson and Ryan Wilkinson and her beloved grandchildren, Maya Wilkinson and Trey Wilkinson.

She loved nothing more than to spend time with her grandchildren. She cared for her family deeply and never wavered on showing her love and support to them. She was also very dedicated in her faith as a Jehovah's Witness. Amidst her life experiences and hardships, she was ever optimistic and embraced a positive outlook on life. Her sense of humor and laughter will be missed and her sudden passing is a shock to us all. Her love will continue to be felt, although she is no longer physically with us. Visitation will take place at Ruggiero Family Memorial Home North Shore Chapel in Peabody, MA 01960 on Friday, March 8th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and her burial will take place on Saturday morning at 10:00 A.M. at Beverly Central Cemetery, 60 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915. PLEASE MEET AT THE CEMETERY GATE. All are welcome back to the home of Ryan and Dontie for food and refreshments following the burial.
